Located at 1347 Ulu Street, Kapa’a, HI, Wailua Watersports provides the most affordable kayak and stand up paddle board rentals on the Wailua River. Rentals are available Monday through Sunday with pickup between 8:30am and 10:30am and must be returned before 5pm.
Come to the shop to review the Wailua River map before loading your vehicle with the provided racks and straps. You can take the kayaks to any river on the island, with a specialty in the Wailua River.
- Double kayaks include high back seats, adjustable paddles, PFDs, backpack style dry bags, and soft racks. Additional seats for small children can be added at no extra cost.
- Single kayaks are available for odd-numbered parties.
- All stand up paddle board rentals include dry bags, roof racks, paddles, PFDs (optional), and a Wailua River map.
Bring your rental vehicle and the team will help you load and go. Their rack and strap system fits any car.
