Offered by North Shore SUP Yoga, this beginner-friendly Stand Up Paddleboard Yoga class begins with an introduction to the class and equipment, followed by a brief paddleboard lesson on land.
Participants then paddle down the river among green sea turtles and wildlife to a peaceful anchoring spot for a 60-minute guided yoga flow featuring gentle movements and asanas. The session concludes with a relaxing floating savasana accompanied by Tibetan singing bowls.
After class, there is time for photos and a short paddle back to shore.
