Explore Hilo town from a unique perspective with a guided kayak or paddle board adventure. Tours depart from the pier behind KapohoKine Adventures store every Tuesday and Friday at 10:00 AM. The fully guided and narrated 2-hour tours cover the history of Moku Ola (Coconut Island) and the dynamic landscape changes of Hilo town. Participants will paddle along tranquil rivers, discover hidden waterfalls, and may spot friendly honu (sea turtles). Water and a light snack are provided.
Private 3-hour guided kayak or SUP tours with deli-style lunch and refreshments are also available, with flexible scheduling upon advance notice.
