Private Freediving Training Session in Waikiki

The private freediving training session in Waikiki provides a two-hour coaching experience tailored to your skills and goals. Mitch Brown Photo LLC conducts this session near Duke Kahanamoku Lagoon with a standard start time of 7:30 AM.

Training Focus

Training may include equalization, technique, static and dynamic apnea, free immersion, constant weight, depth progression, buddy procedures, or rescue skills. The session content depends on prior training, safety, and demonstrated ability.

Eligibility and Safety

All experience levels may be considered, but uncertified beginners are not taken directly into advanced depth training. The session includes 1–2 professional underwater photos.

What to Bring

• Wetsuit
• Reef-safe sunscreen
• Water
• Yoga mat or towel
• Change of clothes
• Notepad
• Slippers or sandals

Equipment such as fins, mask, snorkel, and weight belt can be provided. Wetsuit rentals should be arranged before the session.
