Self-Guided Kayaking Discovery in Kailua Bay
Designed for independent adventurers, this self-guided kayaking tour explores the pristine waters and beaches of Kailua Bay. Guests receive a comprehensive video briefing, weather updates, and instructions from experienced staff to prepare for a safe and enjoyable day.
The reef-protected bay is ideal for all skill levels. Snorkel gear is provided to explore coral heads, and guests may encounter protected Green Sea Turtles near Flat Island. Choose from several offshore islands, sanctuaries, and beaches to visit at your own pace, with opportunities to swim, snorkel, and boogie-board.
- Includes: Video briefing, one or two-person Ocean Kayakâ„¢, U.S. Coast Guard approved Type 3 life jacket, DLNR Offshore Islet Landing Permit, comfort kayak seat, secure locker, snorkel mask, fins, silicon snorkel, and boogie board rental
