This weekday snorkeling tour visits Kealakekua Bay Marine Preserve and the Captain Cook Monument, one of Hawaii’s premier snorkel spots known for crystal clear, calm waters. Check-in is at 9:45 am, Monday through Friday.
The tour is timed to avoid peak crowds, allowing guests to snorkel with fewer people. Upon arrival, guests receive a briefing and can snorkel as long as they like. Lunch is served onboard, during which the captain shares the history of Kealakekua Bay and the Captain Cook Monument.
After lunch, additional snorkeling time is available before a coastal tour featuring sea caves, lava tubes, blowholes, and sightings of spinner dolphins, manta rays, and turtles.
Note: Due to the ride’s nature, persons with back or neck problems and pregnant women are not allowed.
