Experience the World-Famous Manta Ray Night Dive in Kailua-Kona

Consistently ranked as one of the best dives globally, the Manta Ray Night Dive lets divers witness gentle manta rays feeding on plankton attracted by bright lights after dark. The dives take place at Makako Bay (Garden Eel Cove), with a late afternoon dive to observe marine life and prepare the site, followed by the night dive as the sun sets.

Guides provide thorough briefings on manta ray behavior during the surface interval. Groups are kept small with no more than 5 divers per divemaster for personalized attention and safety.
