Afternoon Bay Explorer Kayak Tour in Hanalei

Slip back in time with a personalized and narrated kayak tour of the Hanalei River—the only river on Kauaʻi without commercial motorized boats—and Hanalei Bay, Kauaʻi’s largest natural bay.

Begin at the shop in Hanalei Town and learn about Kauaʻi’s rich history, legends, and folklore from a knowledgeable guide. Visit the home of the Hawaiian green sea turtle and snorkel among vibrant reefs teeming with marine life.

The tour includes all snorkel gear (corrective lenses available), waterproof bags, snacks, and drinks. Private tours accommodate up to 12 participants with gratuity included, with options to add up to 18 participants.

Available select afternoons from March through November. Meeting point is 5-5070A Kuhio Hwy. Tour duration is approximately 3.5 hours.
