Afternoon Bay Explorer Kayak and Snorkel Tour

Slip back in time and experience old Hawaii on a personalized and narrated kayak tour of Hanalei River, Kauai’s only river without commercial motorized boats, and Hanalei Bay, the largest natural bay on Kauai.

Begin at the shop in Hanalei Town and learn about Kauai’s rich history, legends, and folklore from a knowledgeable guide. Visit the home of the Hawaiian green sea turtle and snorkel among beautiful reefs teeming with marine life, followed by a relaxing lunch on a secluded beach.

No kayaking experience is required. All snorkel gear (including corrective lenses upon request), waterproof bags, snacks, and drinks are provided. Private tours accommodate up to 12 participants with gratuity included, with options to add up to 18 participants.

Available March through November on select afternoons. Check-in at 2 pm; tour duration approximately 3.5 hours.
