AIDA 3 Freediving Course in Honolulu

This advanced three-day freediving course builds on previous levels to develop deep freediving skills and knowledge. The 21-hour program covers free-fall, Frenzel equalizing, training tables, and pressure risk management. Students train in static apnea, dynamic apnea, free immersion, and constant weight disciplines.

Day one starts at 6am at Ala Wai Harbor with theory, shallow water static apnea practice, and a deep diving boat session focusing on free fall. Subsequent days include dynamic apnea training, rescue techniques, and additional deep water sessions. Theory and practical lessons are integrated throughout.
