The aida 3 course begins early each day at Ala Wai Harbor, starting with theory sessions on the beach. You will practice static apnea in shallow water before heading out on a boat for deep diving training, emphasizing free fall techniques and equalizing methods like Frenzel Equalizing.
Day two continues with dynamic apnea practice and rescue techniques, followed by another deep water session to refine your skills. This course is ideal for freedivers looking to expand their abilities and increase safety awareness in deeper waters.
