This advanced freediving course covers techniques and safety procedures beyond recreational levels, including FRC diving, mouth-fill equalization, and packing. It develops skills in Static Apnea, Dynamic Apnea, Constant Weight, Free Immersion, and Variable Weight disciplines.
The course also introduces full body warm-ups, breathing muscle stretching, training concepts, and diet recommendations. Students learn packing and reverse packing during dry lessons focused on vital capacity.
Additional training includes managing open water equipment such as knots, braiding, dive line depth setting, and safe handling of weights and accessories. The course prepares candidates for assistant instructor duties, including leading warm-ups and supervising students.
