AIDA 4 Assistant Instructor Freediving Course in Honolulu

This advanced freediving course familiarizes students with deep freediving techniques beyond recreational levels, including FRC diving, mouth-fill equalization, and packing. Skills are developed in static apnea, dynamic apnea, constant weight, free immersion, and variable weight disciplines.

The course also covers warm-ups, breathing muscle stretching, training concepts, diet, and managing open water equipment such as knots, braiding, dive line depth setting, and safe handling of weights and accessories. It prepares candidates for assistant instructor responsibilities including leading warm-ups and supervising students.
