Departing in the morning from Kahului, this popular 11-hour tour takes you along the road less traveled through lush countryside, jagged lava fields, and expansive pastures. Experience towering cliffs, bluffs, and rugged coastline views as you arrive at Haleakala National Park and the Pools of ‘Ohe‘o.
Embark on a 4-mile hike through the famed Bamboo Forest, marvel at 200 and 400-foot waterfalls, and admire an immense Banyan tree. Learn about indigenous plants and non-native species along the way. The tour continues to Hana town, once favored by Hawaiian royalty, and includes exploration of Wai’anapanapa State Park where you can touch a real black sand beach (swimming optional) and walk to a blowhole along the rugged coastline.
