Comprehensive Training and Skill Development

The program includes the PADI Divemaster eLearning and a Digital Crew-Pak, which features slates and a professional bag valued at $543. Confined-water training blocks focus on waterskills, equipment exchange, and skill-circuit practice. Ocean training primarily involves two-tank boat charters aligned with course requirements and conditions. All training dives include tanks, weights, and air fills.

Participants complete a 24-skill demonstration-quality circuit with video feedback and coaching. Waterskills assessments include a 400 m swim, 15-minute tread, 800 m snorkel, 100 m tow, and equipment exchange. Practical skills workshops cover dive-site setup and management, professional dive briefing, search and recovery techniques, deep-dive scenarios, and dive-site mapping projects.

Leadership and Real-World Experience

The program features Divemaster-conducted workshops such as ReActivate, Discover Local Diving, Discover Scuba Diving, and Skin Diver/Snorkeling supervision. Real-world leadership days allow participants to assist with student classes and guide certified divers under supervision. An Emergency Assistance Plan project for a local dive site is also included.

Additional Program Details

Weekly one-on-one mentor check-ins and career coaching support your professional development. Specialized training gear is provided during workshops. All boat briefings, site orientations, and post-dive debriefs are included. Course administration, training records, and certification application support are provided, though PADI application fees are paid separately.
