First Time Scuba Divers Experience in Honolulu

First Time Scuba Divers is a 3-hour introductory program offered daily by Hawaii Dive Center in Honolulu. This experience is designed for uncertified divers or those returning to scuba after a break, providing a safe and guided introduction to breathing underwater.

Guided by Certified Instructors

Experienced PADI instructors lead the sessions, ensuring personal supervision with a low diver-to-instructor ratio. Participants dive to a maximum depth of 40 feet (12 meters) in safe conditions while exploring Hawaii’s unique marine life.

Marine Life and Safety

Divers may encounter Hawaii Green Sea Turtles, reef-dwelling eels, reef sharks, and various endemic fish species. Note that PADI standards prohibit the use of cameras during this introductory dive to maintain safety and focus.
