Guided Night Dives with Maui Dreams Dive Co.

Discover a whole new ocean after dark on guided night dives in Kihei, Hawaii. At dusk, many marine animals trade places—some settle down while others awaken to search the reef for food. Expect to see a variety of fishes, eels, crustaceans, nudibranchs, and possibly sharks. This peaceful underwater time is illuminated by dive lights revealing the vibrant reef life.

All equipment is included. The dive begins approximately 1 hour before sunset, varying seasonally. Prior to the dive, participants visit the shop to get fitted for gear and learn which dive site will be explored. At the beach, you may set up your own equipment or receive assistance. After a briefing and buddy checks, the dive commences.

Prerequisites: Certified divers who have dived within the last 2 years. If it has been more than 5 years since your last dive, an Intro Dive with a scuba refresher is required.
