Hawaii AIDA Freedive Beginner and Certification Course

Offered on Mondays and Tuesdays at Waikiki Dive Center, this AIDA Freediver Certification course introduces the purest form of diving: breath-hold freediving without heavy equipment. Led by certified professional instructors, the program emphasizes safety, control, and respect for the ocean.

The course combines classroom lessons, confined-water training, and open-water sessions. Students learn breath-hold physiology, relaxation techniques, equalization, apnea skills, finning, body positioning, buddy procedures, and rescue skills.
