Kids Private Surf Lessons offer 1.5 hours of focused surfing instruction designed specifically for children ages 4 to 12. These lessons take place at Kauai Surf School’s Beach Activity Hut on Kiahuna Plantation Resort in Poipu, Koloa.
Lesson Details and Schedule
Sessions are available at 8am, 10am, 12pm, 2pm, and during summer also at 4pm. Each lesson includes the use of a surfboard and a UV protective surf shirt or rash guard. Private lessons are one-on-one with an instructor, while semi-private lessons accommodate two surfers with one instructor.
Safety and Requirements
All students must know how to swim to participate. The lessons focus on building surfing skills in a safe and supportive environment, tailored to young learners.
