Surf Club Maui presents Discover Kitesurfing lessons in Kihei, providing an introduction to the sport of kiteboarding. These single-day lessons focus on learning to control the kite on land and progressing to body surfing behind the kite in the water.

Kiteboarding is more technical than wakeboarding or surfing, requiring mastery of kite control before riding the board. Multi-day courses are recommended to develop full riding skills. Lessons take place at the world-famous kite beach on Maui’s north shore and are available six days a week. Bookings are essential with a 24-hour cancellation policy.
