The tour requires walking 200 yards down and back on the beach twice. A cart is provided to transport scuba gear. Swimming from shore entry is required, so participants with back, neck, knee, leg, or foot injuries should consider this before booking.
Bring your swimsuit under your clothes, a change of clothes, a towel, and a light jacket for possible rain.
