Build on your Level 1 freediving skills with this advanced course in Kailua Kona, Hawaii. Learn to dive safely and comfortably to depths of 132 feet (40 meters) while mastering equalization, breathing, and safety techniques.
- Includes FII Level 2 Freediver manual and workbook
- 3-day program with classroom, pool, and open-water depth training
- Minimum 7 hours academic work, 2.5 hours confined water, 4.5 hours open water training
- Focus on physiology and physics of freediving
- Personal freediving gear required (mask, snorkel, long blade fins, wetsuit, weight belt, freediving computer)
