Join Hawaii Island & Ocean Tours for a unique night snorkel with manta rays off the coast of Kailua-Kona. This 1.5-hour experience uses custom light boards to attract zooplankton, drawing manta rays close for an unforgettable encounter.
Guests swim about 50 feet from the boat to the paddleboard lighting system and wear flotation belts to maintain position while observing manta rays feeding and performing barrel rolls beneath the surface. This active ocean experience requires confident swimming skills and is not recommended for first-time snorkelers unless they are strong swimmers.
