The tour includes snorkel gear (mask, fins, wetsuit), a lightboard to attract plankton and manta rays, professional guide, and non-alcoholic drinks and snacks after snorkeling. Enjoy a 25-minute boat ride to the manta ray site and up to 45 minutes in the water holding onto the lightboard while observing manta rays with wingspans up to 16 feet.

Check-in is 15 minutes before departure at the pavilion near the restrooms at Honokohau Harbor. Bring hat, sunglasses, reef-safe sunscreen for early tours, and consider renting a GoPro for underwater footage. Participants must be proficient snorkelers able to swim without flotation devices and climb a ladder to re-board the boat. In the rare event no manta rays are sighted, a credit for a future tour is provided based on availability.
