Maui Surfing Group Lessons at Kalama Beach Park, Kihei

Welcome to Maui’s First Surf School with group surfing lessons taught at Kalama Beach Park in Kihei. This location offers shallow water, consistent waves, and a comfortable year-round water temperature averaging 78°F, making it perfect for learning to surf.

All equipment is included, and professional instructors certified in CPR and First Aid lead the lessons. Classes are scheduled at 8:00 am and 10:00 am, the best times to surf before tradewinds pick up. Private and semi-private lessons are also available. The minimum age for mixed-adult group lessons is 12 years, with younger children encouraged to take private or semi-private lessons.
