Instructor Nikki brings over 10 years of professional dance experience, including GoGo and contortion, with residencies at prestigious venues like the Bellagio and Cosmopolitan. She also performed alongside Cirque Du Soleil at Mandalay Bay.

Expertise and Training

Nikki studied Kinesiology and Sports Performance at the University of Alabama and Liberty University. She was a scholar athlete on a Division 1AA co-ed cheer team and competed in 1m springboard diving. Her passion for health and fitness extends to certifications in nutrition, personal training, aqua aerobics, and healing arts.

Class Offerings and Location

The sessions include multiple class offerings focusing on form and function, flexibility, posture, guided meditation, and motivation.
