Paddle for Hunger 2026 Charity Event

Paddle for Hunger is a charitable paddle event organized by Hawaiian Paddle Sports LLC as part of the Malama Maui program. The 2026 event takes place at the Kihei Canoe Club in Hawaii on Thanksgiving day.

Event Details and Registration

Registration opens at 7 a.m., with the paddle starting promptly at 8 a.m. All participants must sign a waiver on the morning of the event. Pre-registration requires a monetary donation of $50 or more, which includes a Paddle For Hunger T-shirt while supplies last.

Participation and Social Sharing

Participants can pick up their T-shirts between 7 a.m. and 8 a.m. at the Kihei Canoe Club. Attendees are encouraged to post pictures on Instagram or Facebook tagging @HawaiianPaddleSports and using the hashtag #Paddle4Hunger for a chance to be re-shared. Photos can also be posted directly to the Paddle for Hunger Facebook event page.

Support and Impact

This event supports the Malama Maui program and helps raise awareness and funds for hunger relief efforts in the community. Charges for the event will appear as MALAMA MAUI on credit card statements.
