PADI Fish ID Specialty Course

Enhance your diving skills with the one-day PADI Fish ID Specialty course offered in Kailua-Kona, Hawaii. This course focuses on identifying Hawai’i’s endemic fishes by family groups, conducting small fish surveys, and noting behaviors.

The course includes two dives aboard a 46-foot custom dive boat, customized learning tailored to your interests, and training in buoyancy control. Prior Advanced Open Water or Peak Performance Buoyancy Specialty is recommended.

Requirements: Must be in good health with no heart conditions; medical evaluation required if noted. Maximum of 4 students per course. Transportation and personal scuba equipment are not included but available for rent or purchase.
