Rescue Diver Certification & Emergency First Responder
This PADI Rescue Diver course is considered the most challenging yet rewarding scuba certification. It prepares divers to prevent and manage problems underwater, building confidence and problem-solving skills through knowledge development and practical rescue exercises.
Students learn self-rescue, recognizing and managing stress in others, emergency management, and rescuing panicked or unresponsive divers. The course includes Emergency First Response Primary and Secondary Care (CPR and First Aid) training if not previously completed.
Eligibility: PADI (Junior) Adventure Divers aged 12 or older who have completed the Underwater Navigation Adventure Dive may enroll. Emergency First Response training must be current within 24 months or completed during the course.
