When booking PADI coursework, the date and time shown are placeholders. The provider will contact you to review your schedule and arrange actual class dates and times.

Cancellation policies require phone notice at least 24 hours before group excursions or 48 hours before IV Therapy excursions for a full refund. No-shows and late cancellations are non-refundable. Private charters must be canceled at least 7 days prior for a full refund, with partial refunds available for cancellations 6 to 3 days prior.

In case of operator cancellation due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances, customers receive a full refund or may reschedule at no charge.
