Salty Yoga offers a unique blend of yoga breath science (pranayama) and open water swimming techniques to help participants overcome panic and develop swim skills. Led by a qualified swim teacher, lifeguard, and yoga instructor, this experience builds confidence in the ocean.
Participants must pre-register and be ready to start promptly; no yoga mats or beach yoga involved.
