Discover Scuba Dive – Two Tank Ocean Experience
The Discover Scuba Dive program at Koloa Landing is designed for non-certified introductory divers aged 10 and older. This shore dive experience provides a safe and supportive environment to learn scuba basics and enjoy two ocean dives.
Program Details
The experience includes a detailed hands-on orientation covering fundamental scuba rules and skills. After practicing four basic scuba skills in shallow water, participants dive to a maximum depth of 40 feet under direct supervision of PADI instructors.
Duration and Requirements
- Duration: Approximately 3.5 to 4 hours from start to finish
- Age: Minimum 10 years old
- Medical: Completion of a PADI Medical Questionnaire required
- Group Size: Small groups of 4 divers or less per instructor
- Equipment: All gear provided at no additional charge
Additional Options
Certified divers may accompany introductory divers on this experience. The Discover Scuba Dive can also be applied toward PADI Open Water Certification for those who wish to continue training.
