Scuba Instruction: PADI E-learning Code Cancellation Policy

For groups of 6 or fewer passengers, cancellations must be made by telephone at least 48 hours before departure to receive a full refund. Cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice are non-refundable.

For groups of 7 or more passengers or private charters, cancellations must be made by telephone at least 72 hours before the departure date to qualify for a full refund. No refunds are offered for cancellations made less than 72 hours before departure.

Tour Insurance is available for purchase, allowing cancellation with at least 12 hours’ notice and reimbursement of the total ticket price minus fees.

The boat requires a minimum of 4 guests for the tour to proceed. If this minimum is not met, guests will be rescheduled or refunded in full.
