Discover Scuba from Shore in Lahaina

Discover Scuba from Shore provides a safe and fun introduction to scuba diving for beginners or those returning to the sport. This 3-hour experience includes a briefing and practice session with a PADI instructor before entering the water for up to one hour of diving.

Experience Details

Check-in times are at 8 AM or 12 PM, with a maximum of 4 divers per instructor to ensure personalized attention. The dive uses standard 80 CF tanks, with smaller tanks available upon request. Optional add-ons include dive lights and GoPro rentals.

What’s Included

• One tank and all scuba equipment
• PADI instructor guide and all PADI materials
• Up to one hour underwater

Location and Requirements

The shore dive meets at the Dive Maui shop in Lahaina, with a short walk to the ocean entry. Participants must be at least 10 years old, comfortable swimming in the ocean, able to carry 35 lbs of gear, and cleared medically for diving. Please bring a towel and completed coursework.
