The Semi-Private Surf Lesson provides an ideal introduction to surfing at Ukumehame Beach, Maui. This 90-minute lesson uses new condition NSP P2 Soft Surfboards tailored to your specifications, ensuring comfort and safety. Participants aged 5 and older receive long-sleeve UPF50 rash guards and surfing booties, with additional wetsuit tops and float vests available for kids if needed.

Our talented instructors assess your abilities and customize the lesson to build confidence, improve technique, or safely start your surfing journey. The lesson location on the beach is chosen to match your skill level, providing the best conditions for learning.
When and Where to Meet
Meet at Ukumehame Beach, Maui, with standard start times at 7:30 AM and 10:00 AM to take advantage of optimal morning wave conditions before the wind picks up. Afternoon lessons may be available depending on wind and wave conditions; contact Soul Surfing Maui to request customized times.
