Semi-private SUP lessons with Surf Hawaii offer a focused learning experience with a 2:1 student to instructor ratio. These lessons are ideal for friends or travelers who want personalized coaching in stand-up paddleboarding on the seven mile miracle coast in Haleiwa.
Lesson Schedule and Pricing
Lessons run daily at 7 am, 10 am, 12 pm, and 4 pm, lasting 2 hours each. The price is $150 per person. Participants must be aged 11 and up and in good general health.
What You Will Learn
- Basic ocean awareness
- Stand-up paddleboard etiquette
- Basic paddle technique
- How to catch perfect waves
All equipment including specialized SUP boards, leashes, paddles, and rash guards is provided. Instructors are certified lifeguards and experienced surfers committed to safe and effective teaching.
Additional Notes
Participants should bring beach attire, sunscreen, and sunglasses. All medical or physical restrictions must be declared at booking, and a waiver is required.
