• 20-minute beach lesson covering safety, balance, and stance
• In-water surf session with turns catching waves and instructor feedback
• Focus on paddling, catching small waves, and standing up
• Surfboards, rash guards, and other equipment provided
• Meeting location varies between Puaena Point Beach Park or Chuns Reef Beach on Oahu’s north shore
• Bring swimsuit, towel, reef-safe sunscreen, and water; reef shoes optional
