The Sip & Pair wine chocolate experience in Hilo invites guests to enjoy a relaxed tasting session at the Manoa Chocolate Wine Bar. Held Thursday through Saturday, this event is ideal for date nights, friends’ outings, or anyone interested in wine and craft chocolate pairing.

Tasting Details

Guests sample four 2-ounce pours of wine, each paired with a carefully selected chocolate from Manoa’s collection to enhance the flavors. The reservation also includes a charcuterie board curated to complement each wine tasting.

Guests should inform the staff of any allergies at booking, as this may affect pairing choices. The experience is held in the tasting room located at 333 Uluniu St., Kailua, Oahu. The price is $65 per person, payable in-store, with gratuity not included. Manoa Monthly subscribers receive a 20% discount.

Schedule and Requirements

The experience runs from 2:30-3:30pm and 5:30-6:30pm on Thursday through Saturday. Participants must be 21 or older and reservations require credit card information. Cancellations within 24 hours incur a full charge.
