Lessons cover swim and survival skills including equipment use, treading water, floating, breathing techniques, pulls, kicks, and embracing open water. Instruction begins in shallow water and progresses as you feel comfortable. All necessary gear such as snorkels, goggles, and kickboards are provided; you bring your towel and personal items.
