The surfboards provide full buoyancy, making learning easier and more enjoyable. Please arrive at least 10 minutes before your confirmed pickup and drop-off times. Cancellation policies include a 100% refund if canceled 72 hours prior, 50% refund if canceled 48 hours prior, and no refund if canceled less than 24 hours before the rental date.

Note that rentals may be rescheduled due to Hanalei Bridge closures or other unforeseen circumstances, with refunds provided if rescheduling is not possible.
