Solo mid length efoil experience in Honolulu

The solo mid length efoil experience provides an exciting introduction to efoiling at South Shore, Sand Island in Honolulu. This lesson accommodates up to 4 participants, with a recommendation to call if more than 2 participants join. The session includes 15 to 30 minutes of ground school instruction followed by three 10-minute water runs, guaranteeing 30 minutes of total water time.

Lesson Structure and Timing

Participants receive two 5-minute breaks that do not count against their water time. Each student uses their own eFoil, allowing focused practice. The total lesson run time is approximately 1 to 1.5 hours, balancing instruction and hands-on experience.
