The South Island Zodiac Boat Adventure Dive is a unique experience for certified divers in Koloa. This dive features two tank dives from a 25 ft. Zodiac RIB called the “Hokupa’a,” a US Coast Guard approved vessel designed for small groups.
Dive Sites and Marine Life
Divers explore pristine reefs, off-shore caverns, and iconic marine life such as Hawaiian green sea turtles (Honu), exotic reef fish, and occasional dolphins. The dive sites include areas along Kauai’s southern coast known for their beautiful coral formations and abundant fish populations.
Group Size and Inclusions
Groups are limited to six divers or fewer per boat, ensuring a personalized and memorable dive. Dive Kauai provides detailed site and marine biology briefings before every dive. Snacks, cold beverages, and all equipment are included at no additional charge.
Requirements and Duration
This adventure is for certified divers aged 10 and older, requiring 20 or more logged dives or a recent dive within the last six months. The dive lasts up to four hours, departing from Kukui’ula Small Boat Harbor.
