South Shore Surf Waikiki Beginner Lesson
Meet your instructor at the beach near Banan Waikiki Beach Shack, 2301 Kalākaua Ave, Honolulu, HI 96815. This 75-minute lesson includes a warm welcome, check-in, and all necessary surf gear such as board, leash, and rash guard.
Begin with a land lesson covering ocean safety, basic surfing techniques, and how to pop up on the board. Then paddle out into the calm, beginner-friendly waters of Waikiki with your instructor providing real-time coaching and push assistance to help you catch your first wave, which is guaranteed.
Optional photo and video packages are available to capture your surfing experience. Please arrive 15 minutes early for check-in and bring swimwear, towel (provided, but extra recommended), and waterproof reef-safe sunscreen. This private group tour is for guests aged 10 and older.
