SSI Open Water Scuba Course in Honolulu

The SSI Open Water Scuba course provides a comprehensive introduction to scuba diving, allowing participants to become certified divers in as little as 3 days. This accelerated program is led by professional SSI instructors and includes all necessary equipment such as scuba rig, mask, snorkel, fins, and wetsuit.

Course Structure

Day 1 consists of confined water pool sessions where students learn basic scuba skills. On Days 2 and 3, participants apply these skills during their first ocean dives under direct instructor supervision. The course also includes online learning materials accessible via mobile devices, allowing students to study at their own pace from any location.

This course is suitable for ages 10 to 99 and is offered by TA – MCBH in Honolulu. It provides a solid foundation for safe and confident diving, combining theoretical knowledge with practical experience in both pool and ocean environments.
