Stand Up Paddle (SUP) Lesson in Kailua, Hawaii
Join Kailua Beach Adventures for a 2-hour SUP lesson along Kailua’s pristine beach or out to Flat Island. Learn basic paddling strokes, turning, and balance while enjoying wildlife sightings such as sea turtles and fish around the coral reef.
The package includes transportation from and to Waikiki, a stand-up board (NSP 11’6″ or similar), DLNR Offshore Islet Landing Permit, full EVA foam deck pad, snorkel mask, boogie board, beach mat, and lunch. Lunch options include made-to-order pizza, calzones, Hawaiian plate lunch, or salads from local eateries.
Group lessons are available for ages 13-17 with a parent or guardian present, and private tours allow participation from age 8 with a guardian. All participants must be able to swim.
