Sunset Whale Watch Sail

Set sail aboard Maui’s newest luxury sailing catamaran, Ocean Spirit, for an extended sunset whale watch cruise departing from Maalaea Harbor, Wailuku, Hawaii. This relaxing 30-minute extended cruise offers more time to observe humpback whales, Hawaii’s famous winter visitors.

Guests are served an array of premium appetizers (pupu) and refreshing beverages while learning about humpback whales through up-to-date educational commentary provided by the passionate crew. Weather permitting, an underwater microphone is deployed to allow guests to hear the whales sing.

Check-in is 45 minutes prior to departure at the Pacific Whale Foundation Ocean Store located in the Maalaea Harbor Shops complex, adjacent to the Maui Ocean Center Aquarium. Guests are advised to bring sunglasses, a hat, and a light jacket.
