Lesson Format
Each lesson begins with a 20-minute land training session that covers surf ethics and foundational skills. Following this, you will paddle out with your certified instructor, who stays in the water to provide real-time guidance and support. This hands-on approach helps you experience the thrill of gliding down waves confidently.
Who Can Participate
Lessons are available for children aged 4 and up as well as adults of all ages. Younger children are required to take private lessons for safety and personalized attention. All necessary equipment, including specialized SUP boards, leashes, paddles, and rash guards, is provided.
