SUP Tours Stand Up Paddleboarding Lessons in Kahuku

Enjoy a 20-minute land demonstration followed by a 10-minute safety briefing, then spend up to 90 minutes safely stand up paddleboarding while looking for turtles. All lessons last 2 hours and include board and paddle rental.

• Private Lesson (1 student per instructor): $120 per person
• Semi-Private Lesson (2 students per instructor): $100 per person
• Group Lesson (3-4 students per instructor): $75 per person

Private lessons offer the most attention and learning, recommended especially for children 13 years or younger due to safety and insurance requirements.

Lessons meet 15 minutes prior to start time at the activities hut outside the Courtyard Marriott in Laie, Hawaii.
