Surf Lessons in Honolulu, Hawaii

Polu Lani Surf Lessons & Adventures provides two-hour surf lessons tailored to your specific skill level. Before entering the water, instructors conduct a 15 to 20-minute land lesson emphasizing safety and proper protocol. Private lessons are required for children ages five to nine, with age, height, and weight used to select the best surfboard.

All necessary equipment is provided, including rash guards, leashes, shoes, and boards. Water and snacks are included. Lessons take place on a semi-private beach located 10 minutes outside of Waikiki, offering a peaceful alternative to the crowded Waikiki beaches. Instructors continuously check in on your comfort level throughout the lesson.

Photography is available for an additional $25 per person, with professional water shots emailed after your lesson.
