Lesson Details and Equipment

Each standard surf class lasts two hours, beginning with a brief land lesson covering basics and safety before entering the water. The sheltered bay features predictable waves breaking over a gently sloping reef, minimizing paddling distance and wave intensity. Water depth ranges from knee to chest level, requiring all participants to be able to swim.

All beginner equipment is supplied, including a variety of board sizes to accommodate different rider weights. Students receive a lycra rashguard shirt and reef booties for protection. Advanced surfers can rent from a selection of specialized boards.

Suitable for All Ages and Skill Levels
